Adhiraj Malhotra has been appointed as the Managing Director to head operations at the new UAE Office of Singularity Legal.
Malhotra is a 2013 graduate of the Government Law College, Mumbai.
He has over nine years of post-qualified experience in complex inter-party shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, securities, and maritime laws in India. He has also advised several Fortune 500 companies on legal, regulatory compliances, and strategies concerning their industrial setups in the State of Maharashtra.
Malhotra's expertise in dispute resolution and his experience advising multinational corporations on legal, regulatory compliances, and strategies will undoubtedly add value to Singularity Lega's diverse client base. His leadership qualities and strategic vision are expected to drive the firm's growth and help cement its position as one of the leading legal firms in India.
Prior to joining Singularity Legal, Malhotra held the position of Chief Operating Officer & Legal Advisor at the GNP Group for a year.
