Singularity has announced the appointment of Adhiraj Malhotra as its new Managing Director to head operations at its new UAE office. Adhiraj brings with him over nine years of post-qualified experience and an impressive track record in complex inter-partes shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, securities, and maritime laws in India. He has also advised several Fortune 500 companies on legal, regulatory compliances, and strategies concerning their industrial setups in the State of Maharashtra.

Before joining Singularity, Adhiraj held various positions in some of India's leading legal firms. He worked as a Managing Associate at Bharucha & Partners and was a Principal Associate at DMD Advocates, where he specialized in domestic and international arbitrations with seats in India, Europe, and South-East Asia, including Bilateral Investment Treaty arbitrations. In May 2022, Adhiraj was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer & Legal Advisor at GNP Group, where he advised several multinational corporations across various industries.
